SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY
Shipping Policy:
Our shipping policies appear below. Orders also are governed by our Terms of Use, which you should also review.
Payment Methods:
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express credit cards are accepted as well as Paypal.
All Orders:
- Orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, and UPS Mail.
- Order acknowledgement, confirmation of product availability, and USPS, FedEx, or UPS Delivery Confirmation tracking information will be provided to you via email after your order is processed.
- Large and oversized items may incur additional shipping charges. You will be notified of any additional shipping charges prior to final processing and shipping and will have the opportunity to cancel or change your order as you wish.
At Mirabella Beauty, we are committed to timely and efficient order processing. Our standard fulfillment timelines are as follows:

Direct-to-Consumer Orders: Processed within 2 business days.

B2B Orders: Processed within 5 business days.

Distribution Vendor Orders: Fulfillment timelines are determined per Vendor Consignment Agreement (VCA).

International Shipments: Processed within 10 business days.
Please note that carrier pickups occur each business day at 2:00 PM (local time). Orders placed after 12:00 PM cst may not be processed until the next business day.
Once an order has been fulfilled and transferred to the designated shipping carrier, ownership of the shipment passes to the carrier. At that point, any updates regarding tracking, transit, or delivery should be directed to the carrier directly, as they are best equipped to provide real-time information and support.
We are always happy to assist in reviewing tracking details or helping identify the appropriate contact, but please note that once the package is in the carrier's possession, we no longer have control over its handling or delivery schedule.

Shipping and Handling Charges:
- All shipping and handling charges will be calculated at the time of checkout. We will do our best to reduce the number of packages and minimize shipping charges.
- Additional shipping fees may apply for shipments to Canada and Mexico. Please note that all orders shipping to Canada and Mexico will be charged a flat $29 shipping fee for orders under $200. Orders over the $200 minimum will ship free. Custom fees during shipping outside the United States shall be the customers sole responsibility.
- Oversized and bulky items, and/or multiple items purchased may incur additional shipping charges. You will be notified of any additional shipping charges prior to final processing and shipping and will have the opportunity to cancel or change your order as you wish.
Please Note the Following:
- Shipping is available to Hawaii, Alaska, the continental United States, Canada and Mexico.
- Shipping to APO/FPO addresses is available. Additional charges may apply.
- All prices are quoted and all payments must be made in US Dollars ($).
- Your order will leave our store in good condition and risk of loss passes to you when we deliver your package to the shipper. If your order is damaged in transit, please contact USPS, FedEx, or UPS immediately and file a claim.
- When completing checkout, please ensure your shipping address is correctly entered. If an error in shipping occurs due to incorrect address entry, additional shipping fees will apply.
Product Returns:
- If your purchased item is lost in transit or physically damaged when received, please contact USPS, FedEx, or UPS immediately and file a claim with them.
- If you are unsatisfied with the item you purchased upon receipt, please contact customer service at (661) 702-9910 and a Return Authorization will be issued.
- Any return requests must be made within 30 days of initial purchase.
- Circumstances will warrant which party will assume the additional costs of shipping when dealing with returned/replaced items.
