RETURN POLICY

At Mirabella, we prioritize the satisfaction and confidence of our customers. We understand that trying new beauty products can sometimes be a leap of faith. That's why we offer a hassle-free return policy that allows you to shop with peace of mind. We believe in the quality and effectiveness of our products, and we want you to feel secure in your decision to choose Mirabella.

If you are not completely satisfied with a Mirabella online, *retail purchase, Mirabella welcomes you to return new or gently used products for a full refund to your original method of payment if returned within 30 days of purchase, in most cases or optional online store credit. Please specify when making your return on your receipt. Otherwise, a store credit will be issued.  No refunds will be offered for sale or discounted items - all sale or discounted items are final sale only. 

In order to complete the return, you must have a proof of purchase. Third party sellers must be returned to original place of purchase.

Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. Mirabella monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges from Mirabella in all instances. All returns are subject to validation and approval at Mirabella’s discretion. If a return is not approved by Mirabella for any reason, the item may not be returned to you. We may ask you for a driver’s license or government ID to verify your identity.

    • You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded, unless you received damaged merchandise (see Damaged Products Policy). 
    • Please make sure to record your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until our office confirms receipt of the returned merchandise.  We are not responsible for lost packages.
    • All returns will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
    • Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of our office receiving your item.
    • Please allow at least 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement.
    • Please do not mail any packages C.O.D., as they will not be accepted.

    EXCHANGE POLICY
    • We are happy to exchange any merchandise that is defective, damaged or unused.  If you will need to exchange your product, please review the information below. 
    • We accept exchanges on items purchased on www.mirabellabeauty.com or only up to 30 days after the original purchase.  
    • Please enclose the product you wish to exchange and your receipt.  On the receipt, write instructions on what item(s) to exchange.  
    • If there is a difference in cost with the exchange, one of our customer service representatives may reach out to you for further information.  
    • You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded.

    DAMAGED PRODUCTS POLICY
    If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, you may contact customer service within 30 days for a replacement.  Items will not be replaced after 30 days.  Unfortunately, it is in the nature of our product technology to come across an LED light in the applicator lid that might be burnt out or is not working properly.  If you happen to receive one, we will replace it.  Please contact customer service with any questions by email at admin@mirabellabeauty.com or by phone at 1-(661)-702-9910 and we will respond with the appropriate return and/or exchange instructions.

    Mirabella LLC cannot guarantee the quality or authenticity of products sold by non-authorized retailers.  Purchasing Mirabella® products from unauthorized resellers forfeits our warranty.  This includes non-authorized retailers on Amazon® or any other third-party resellers.
